Lois is retired from Smithfield Foods.  She currently volunteers as Chairperson of the board of Duplin Christian Outreach Minitries, Manager of Blessings in Store and  the Chairperson for the Unmet Needs Committee for Disaster Recovery Group of Duplin County during the recovery following Hurricane Florence.  During that time she oversaw grant writing and follow up reports, coordinated Case management, and coordinated the sharing of case information with our partners in order to meet the needs of our clients.
